update the README and delet the files from location_stress_factor.ipynb --> everything is done in simpler_model.ipynb

tried to assess the fitting of the complete and incomplete models during the wet period in the meaning_stress factor.ipynb but doesn't work at the moment

polish the new graphs explaining the relation between theta and the stress factor / g_s in simpler_model.ipynb and meaning_stress_factor.ipynb

ready to run renku, sympy results investigation, change the statistical analysis graphs at Howard Springs (and nb of runs), delete useless graphs when group plots

simpler_model.ipynb : modified the time serie plot (moving average of 3 days), added RVE and MAE as metrics, created pandas data frame out of it and export them as tex tables, modify remku command to account for tex files
